D-SHINES has partnered with YogaEd to provide a variety of Yoga lessons for the Dearborn Schools and community. The lessons align with Social Emotional Learning competencies as well as physical education standards. Utilizing yoga as a physical activity break or as a way to gain physical activity can be easy by just following along with the videos.
