This section will use some GoNoodle, but will also give you ideas each week from other sources on integrating physical activity breaks into your daily online routine. Check back each week to get new ideas!

Nutrition and Garden Lessons

Teaching your students about healthy eating and physical activity is an important part of the whole child. It’s even better when you can tie it into the core learning concepts for Math, Science, and English-Language Arts. Each week a new nutrition lesson will be posted that will focus on general healthy eating concepts or gardening. All will align with concepts you are already covering in your classroom. Use these lessons to integrate information about healthy eating and physical activity into your weekly classes.
